Frequently asked questions

Everything about the free services — how they work, how they stay free, and what to do when something doesn't start.

The basics

Is everything on PrimeLikes really free?
Yes. Every service on this site is free. There is no payment, no credit card, and no account to create. Paste your public link, choose an amount, and your free followers, likes, or views are delivered automatically.
How can it be free? What's the catch?
The site is sponsor-supported: a quick sponsored verification step before an order runs covers the delivery cost, which is why every delivery is unlocked by one. That is the entire trade — no password, no signup, no card details, and no hidden subscription. The full business model is explained openly on the blog.
What can I get for free?
Free followers, likes, and views across six platforms. Facebook: Page Followers, Profile Followers, Post Likes, Post Reactions, Video Views. Instagram: Followers, Post Likes, Post Saves, Story Views, Reel Views. TikTok: Followers, Video Likes, Video Views, Video Saves. YouTube: Subscribers, Video Views, Video Likes, Comment Likes. Telegram: Channel Subscribers, Post Views, Post Reactions. Twitter/X: Followers, Tweet Likes, Tweet Views. The exact options are listed on the free services page.
Do I need to sign up or give my password?
No, and never. There is no account and no payment, and we never ask for your password. Every service works from the public link to your post, profile, or video — nothing more.

Using the free services

How does it work?
Pick a service, paste your public link (or username for profile services), choose an amount, and complete a sponsored offer or short survey to earn the credits it needs. Delivery starts automatically once the offer confirms — keep the page open until it begins.
How long does delivery take?
Most of it is the sponsored step: an offer usually takes a minute or two, a survey longer. Once it confirms, delivery starts automatically. Small amounts arrive in one go; a large amount is delivered in stages over several hours, because platforms treat a sudden jump on one post as suspicious and a steady rise as normal.
Why did my delivery arrive a bit at a time?
That is deliberate, and only happens on the larger amounts. A big request is split into smaller batches sent one after another, with a gap between them — it looks like ordinary growth rather than one spike, which is what keeps it on your post. The counter moves each time a batch lands. If supply runs out partway through, the delivery closes at what it reached and the credits covering the part that never arrived go back to your session — you are never charged for units you did not get.
What are credits, and do they carry over?
Completing a sponsored offer or survey earns credits, and the amount you picked is unlocked with them — a larger amount needs more. Whatever is left stays on your session, so a well-paid survey often covers several deliveries and the next one needs no offer at all. Credits are earned, never bought: there is nothing to pay for and nothing to top up.
How often can I use the free services?
As often as you like, on as many links as you like. Each delivery is unlocked by its own sponsored step, so there is no daily quota to run out of — what sets your pace is how many offers are available to you, and how many credits you are holding. A larger amount simply needs more of them. The wall restocks over the day, so a long run in one sitting may have to wait for more offers.
Does my profile or post need to be public?
Yes — this is the most common reason an order does not start. Your profile or post must stay public from the moment you submit until delivery begins. To check, open your link in an incognito tab: if you can view it without logging in, we can deliver.

Troubleshooting

My order never started. Why?
Almost always because the profile or post went private, or the link points somewhere we cannot see. Open the link in an incognito tab — if it asks you to log in, make the content public and submit again.
It says my link already has an active order.
Each link runs one order at a time: extra requests for the same link queue up and start only after the one ahead of them completes. This keeps growth on a single post gradual. Wait for the current order to finish, or use the service on a different link.
It says this link is being fed by too many different people.
That one link is being fed by an unusual number of different people at once, so we pause it for a while — it protects the account on the other end more than it protects us. Use a different link in the meantime, or try the same one again later.
My delivery failed. Did I lose anything?
No — there is nothing to lose, since nothing was paid. Occasionally an upstream delivery fails; when that happens, simply request again later. If a service keeps failing for you, tell us at support@primelikes.net with your link so we can look into it.
The verification code never appeared.
Codes appear on the destination page after you have stayed on it for the required time — leaving early or switching tabs on some phones pauses the timer. Each code is single-use and tied to your session, so a code from someone else will not work. Start the step again and keep the page open until the code shows.

Safety & privacy

Is it safe for my account?
We never ask for your password or login — only the public link. That protects your credentials because the tool never gets access to your account. Platforms may still filter or remove engagement they consider artificial, so keep requests modest and proportional. How to spot the unsafe sites.
What data do you collect?
As little as the service needs to run: the public link you submit and standard technical data used for fair-use limits and abuse protection. There is no account, so there is no profile of you to build or sell. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Support

How can I contact support?
Email support@primelikes.net — we respond within one business day, usually within a few hours. You can also message our Facebook page.

Didn't find your answer? Email support@primelikes.net — or just try a free service; most questions answer themselves once the first delivery lands.
