How can it be free? What's the catch?

How long does delivery take?

The time needed to earn credits depends on the offers available to you. After you submit, small requests may arrive in one delivery; larger requests are delivered in batches over 24–48 hours. Delays can occur. Check progress on My deliveries.

My order never started. Why?

Check My deliveries for its status and any explanation. Make sure the link is correct, the content is still available, and the profile or post is public. A request may also be waiting for an earlier delivery to the same link. Contact support if the status does not explain the delay.

What should I expect from follower drops?

Some follower loss is normal across social media platforms. Platforms regularly remove accounts and engagement they consider inactive or artificial. Sudden increases in followers may also attract additional scrutiny, especially on older accounts with an established history.

We recommend growing your post engagement (likes, comments, and regular posting) alongside your follower count to encourage more balanced, organic growth. However, this does not guarantee better follower retention.

How much drop should you expect? There is no fixed percentage. Some deliveries may experience little or no drop, while others may see significant losses. This depends on the platform’s policies, account activity, and ongoing cleanup processes.

What are credits, and do they carry over?
